Great value on cot bed

I was looking for a cot bed and found a really good deal on a Mamas & Papas model during their Late Summer Clearance. The discount was pretty significant, making it much more affordable than other places I checked. Delivery was free, which was a nice saving. The cot arrived well within the estimated timeframe. My only minor complaint was the assembly instructions could have been a bit clearer, but I managed it.

Good car seat, fast shipping

Bought a Silver Cross car seat. Arrived quickly, took about 3 days. Installation was easy enough. Happy with the purchase, just wished it came with more color options.

Great value on bundle deal

I was looking for a good deal on a travel system for my first baby. The travel system bundle deal here saved me a good chunk of cash compared to buying everything separately. I got the pushchair and carrycot together. Free delivery was a nice bonus too, especially since it was a big order. The only thing was the delivery window was quite wide, so I had to wait around all morning.

Good stroller, quick delivery

I ordered a lightweight buggy last week and it got here pretty fast, like 3 days. It was just what I needed for walks around the park. The box was a bit squashed on one side, but the buggy itself was totally fine. Overall a good experience.

Great value on car seat

I was looking for a new car seat and found a good deal here during their sale. Got 10% off the one I wanted, which made a real difference. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long, but for the savings, it was worth it. I'd definitely check out their sale section again.

Travel system purchase experience

I decided to get the Silver Cross Pioneer travel system from Baby Planet. The website was easy enough to navigate, and finding the bundle deal I wanted wasn't difficult. Placing the order was straightforward. I received an order confirmation almost immediately, and then a shipping update a couple of days later. The system arrived in two separate boxes, both well-packaged, and nothing was damaged. Assembly of the pushchair was pretty intuitive, and the car seat clicked in easily. I did have a small question about registering the warranty, and their customer service chat was helpful, though it took a few minutes to connect with someone. The quality of the travel system is excellent, very sturdy. My only minor issue was that one of the wheels on the pushchair felt a little stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few uses.

Decent furniture set, small scratch

I ordered a nursery furniture set and it arrived mostly in good condition. The delivery was fairly quick, about a week, and they kept me updated on the tracking. Assembly took a while, but that's expected with furniture. Everything looked nice once put together, though there was a small scratch on one of the wardrobe panels. It's not super noticeable, but still a minor flaw. Customer service was polite when I called about it, offered a small discount which was fair. Overall, a practical purchase for the price.

Good car seat, slower shipping

I bought a Cybex car seat from Baby Planet. The price was competitive, and the product itself is great, exactly what I expected. Shipping took about 6 business days to get to me, which was a bit longer than I hoped for given I'm in the UK, but it arrived safely. Customer service responded to my query about tracking within a day. Overall, a solid choice, just factor in the delivery time.
